ExplaMe is operated by DJS Solutions, Medavakkam, Chennai, India. Using the service means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

You need an account to generate anything. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One person or organisation per account; do not share logins.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and to accept the terms of the model providers described below.

Generation is paid for with tokens bought in advance. One token is one rupee (₹1). The token cost of a generation is shown before you confirm it and is deducted when the work is ordered. Tokens do not expire and have no cash value outside the service.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices may change, but a change never affects tokens you have already bought.

Refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Generation is carried out by third-party providers including Google and ByteDance. Your prompt and any images you upload are sent to the provider you choose in order to produce the result. Each provider applies its own acceptable use rules and may refuse a request. A refusal is not a fault in the service, and where it results in a failed generation your tokens are returned.

You must not use the service to create or attempt to create:

• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a child;
• content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, including impersonation and synthetic likenesses intended to deceive;
• material that incites violence or hatred against people or groups;
• content designed to defraud, including forged documents and fake evidence;
• anything unlawful where you are, or where we operate.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where we do so for a serious breach, unused tokens are not refunded.

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and images you upload, and in the output you generate. We claim no ownership of it and do not sell it or use it to train models.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to send your inputs to the provider you choose, to store the output, and to show it back to you.

Whether AI output can be owned or copyrighted differs by country and is unsettled in many. We make no promise about it. Satisfy yourself before using output commercially, and note the provider's terms apply to you as well.

Without a storage plan, finished output is kept for 7 days and then permanently deleted. With an active plan it is kept while the plan lasts, subject to its quota. Deletion is irreversible: download anything you want to keep.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on third-party providers whose availability we do not control, and we may take it down for maintenance. Where an outage causes a generation to fail, your tokens are returned.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means accepting the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Chennai, India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
